Christina Frederique, MBA, CHC has an extensive work experience in various roles related to compliance and healthcare. Christina has most recently worked at MMM Holdings LLC as the Director of Pharmacy Regulatory Oversight since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Compliance Initiatives Manager at MCS Puerto Rico from June 2022 to May 2023. Christina also has experience working in the Puerto Rico Department of Health as an Administrative Advisor for the Puerto Rico Medicaid Program from May 2021 to June 2022. Christina previously worked at Alivia Health as a Compliance Manager from June 2019 to March 2022 and at CLINICAL MEDICAL SERVICES INC as a Compliance Director from April 2018 to January 2019. Before that, they served as a Compliance Auditor and Compliance Specialist at Molina Healthcare from March 2015 to April 2018. Christina's earlier experience includes working as a Corporate Compliance Coordinator at First Medical Health Plan, Inc. from May 2014 to February 2015, and as a Product Development Executive at MCS Puerto Rico from January 2006 to February 2012. Christina began their career as a Human Resources Officer at the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company from April 2002 to January 2006.

Christina Frederique holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Universidad Metropolitana. Christina also obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. In addition, Christina holds a certification in healthcare compliance from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® which was obtained in November 2018.
