Silma Adieba has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in roles related to training and recruitment at Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) since February 2018. Responsibilities include posting job vacancies across various platforms. Previously, Silma completed an internship in HR Planning and Development at PT Astra Otoparts Tbk and held various positions in student organizations and consultancy, including staff roles at Ikatan Lembaga Mahasiswa Psikologi Indonesia and as Head of Event Organization in the Korps Protokoler Mahasiswa Universitas Padjadjaran. Educationally, Silma holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran (2013 - 2017).
