Renee McGee has an extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Most recently, they are the Sr. Vice President of Global Commercial Operations & Business Development at Norstella. In this role, they lead the Operations and Business Development teams for all commercial functions. Prior to Norstella, they were the Vice President of Commercial Operations & Business Development at MMIT, where they focused on patient access to therapies.

From 2020 to 2022, Renee worked at Menlo Security Inc. as the Head of Sales Strategy & Operations. Renee was responsible for creating the Sales Operations function and implementing scalable tools and processes. Renee also led the Business Development Representatives team and implemented a buyer-aligned sales process.

Before that, at Hitachi Vantara, they held multiple roles including Chief of Staff, Head of Sales Operations & Transformation, Sr Director of Global Sales Operations & Enablement, Director of Global Sales Revenue Operations, and Director of Business Processes & Project Management Office. In these roles, they redesigned sales stages, developed forecasts and reporting systems, streamlined processes, and created leadership development programs.

Renee also has exceptional prior experience, including roles such as Controller, Americas Finance Revenue & Operations and Sr Manager, Americas Field Finance Operations. Renee standardized order management, oversaw significant sales revenue, and implemented process improvements.

Renee McGee holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Relations/Image Management from the University of North Texas. Renee completed their degree at an unspecified time. Additionally, Renee McGee has several additional certifications, including an Account Management and Sales Force Design certification from West Virginia University, obtained in March 2020.
