Tess Cameron is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as Principal at RA Capital Management, L.P. since June 2020, Tess also holds board member positions at Medical Microinstruments, Inc., Nodexus, and Avilar Therapeutics. Previously, Tess was Head of Finance at Foghorn Therapeutics, Inc. and a Director of Financial and Business Planning at WAVE Life Sciences Ltd. Work experience includes significant roles at Biogen and McKinsey & Company, where Tess focused on corporate finance, M&A strategy, and R&D business planning. Tess holds an Honour's Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Toronto and has completed a Bridge to Business program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
