Mary-Margaret Payne currently serves as Medical Affairs Manager at Medical Microinstruments, Inc., since January 2023. Previously, Mary-Margaret held the position of Regional Capital Territory Manager for Endoluminal Robotics at Johnson & Johnson, where a notable achievement included being recognized as the 2021 Territory Manager Rookie of the Year with performance at 162% to plan. Additional experience includes roles in capital sales at PROCEPT BioRobotics and Boston Scientific, where Mary-Margaret was a President's Club winner in 2018, as well as previous positions at Medtronic and Smith & Nephew. In addition to a successful sales career, Mary-Margaret was crowned Miss Alabama USA 2013 and represented Alabama at the Miss USA pageant, finishing as 1st Runner Up. Mary-Margaret holds a Master of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Information Sciences from The University of Alabama.
