Robel Bahru is an experienced IT professional with a background in helpdesk support, social media management, system administration, and education. Currently serving as an IT helpdesk support specialist at MMCY Tech since July 2018, Robel is responsible for dispatching incoming tickets and assisting the Level 1 team in Dubai. Previous experience includes working as a Social Media Manager at ModernETH Renewable Energy, where responsibilities encompassed content creation and management, and a System Administrator role at Monarch Group of Hotels, focusing on network and server management. Additionally, Robel contributed as an Information Communication Technology Teacher at Academy High School College, developing educational materials alongside classroom educators. Robel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dire Dawa University.
