JoAnn Murphy has extensive experience in IT and education, currently serving as an IT Assistant at Modern Marketing Concepts Inc. since March 2015. Previous roles include Substitute Teacher at Spencer Van Etten School District from September 2013 to February 2015, and Help Desk Technician for a temporary position at nfrastructure/Pinnacle in August and September 2014. JoAnn also worked at Lockheed Martin from April 2004 to August 2009 as a Failure Data Analyst and in Configuration Management, and served as a Data Analyst at Ensco from 1987 to 2002. JoAnn holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Math from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
