Simon Hannig possesses extensive experience in the grain and production industries, spanning over two decades. Currently employed at M&M Service Company since September 2021 in a grain-related role, Simon previously held positions including Production Supervisor II at Hussmann Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing quality display cases and refrigeration systems. Simon's prior roles include Production Supervisor at Mel-O-Cream Donuts International, Inc., and Shift Supervisor at U.S. Durum Milling, Inc. Notably, Simon served as Project Coordinator for Cargill Horizon Milling, managing a $50 million mill expansion project, and held various supervisory and management roles within Cargill’s milling divisions. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Blackburn College.
