Lance Pritchard has extensive experience in human resources and environmental health and safety, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently, Lance Pritchard serves as a Franchisee at M&M Meat Shops since February 2012, managing accounting and business planning. Previously, Lance Pritchard held various roles at Brant Instore from 2007 to the present, including HR/Environmental Health & Safety Manager and part-time HR professional, focusing on policy development and employee training. Prior experience includes positions at Collins and Aikman, where Lance Pritchard managed HR and safety functions, and ITT Industries, where multiple roles were held in HR and safety management.
