Before that, they were employed at Baltimore Aircoil Company as a Manager of Engineering Sales from November 2011 to June 2014, and as a Senior Applications Engineer of Refrigeration Products from June 2010 to January 2012. Ajit Kailasam began their career at Cooperheat as an Intern in 1995, and has since held various positions at companies such as Ingersoll Rand, Carrier Commercial Refrigeration, Jacobs Engineering, and DLB ASSOCIATES. Ajit'sroles have encompassed project management, mechanical engineering, and business development.
Ajit Kailasam pursued their education in a sequential manner. Ajit attended DTEA from 1984 to 1987. Later, from 1989 to 1996, they enrolled in Rutgers University to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. In 1996, they joined the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they successfully earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1999. Subsequently, from 2000 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Mechanical Engineering degree at The University of Texas at Arlington, specializing in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Heat Transfer. Additionally, in 2010, they obtained a certification as a Professional Engineer from Maryland DLLR.
