David Smith has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. David is currently the Founder & CEO of MLtwist, a position they have held since August 2020. Prior to this, David worked at Oracle as the Senior Director of Business Development & Data Strategy for Oracle Data Cloud from February 2019 to June 2020. In this role, they led a team to deliver data for data scientists and formed strategic data partnerships. Before Oracle, David was the Senior Director of Business Development - Data at Neustar, Inc. from December 2015 to February 2019. Here, they built and led over 20 ML data partnerships and exceeded revenue targets. Prior to Google, David worked at DoubleClick as the Senior Account Director from March 2006 to July 2008. David led the DoubleClick data platforms for several major clients and achieved significant business wins. David started their career at Enterprise Air as a Senior Sales Engineer from January 2005 to February 2006, and at Synomia - Intelligence Etendue as a Sales Engineer from January 2004 to December 2004. David implemented software installations and sold NLP search engine solutions during these roles. Additionally, David worked as a Software Engineer at Applied Materials from January 2001 to December 2001.
