Courtney M. Charles has had a successful career in various roles, including serving as the Vice President of Basketball & Franchise Operations at MLSE and overseeing Basketball Operations & Player Development for the Toronto Raptors. Prior to this, Courtney worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Wal-Mart. With a BA in Business from Lewis University and a Masters of Science in Health and Physical Education from Marshall University, Courtney's educational background has equipped them with the necessary skills for their current roles.
