Rusty Minchew is an experienced professional who has worked in the industry for many years. Starting at Johnson Controls in the early 1990s, Rusty worked their way up from Installation Manager to Service Operation Manager, displaying strong leadership skills and project management abilities. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President at MLN Company, Rusty has been responsible for business development, sales, estimating, and managing projects. Rusty's education includes an Associate of Arts degree from North Harris County College and completion of the Pipe Fitters JATC School.
