Chris Harris is an accomplished Program Executive at mLINQS since January 2021, specializing in DoD Business Development and leading transformation efforts within the Federal space. With over 31 years of progressive leadership experience in the US Navy, including roles as Captain and Director of Distribution Management Allocation, Chris has a proven track record in human resources management, personnel readiness, and effective organizational processes. Notable past positions include Commanding Officer of the Navy Manpower Analysis Center and various leadership roles in distribution management and operational analysis. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Operations Analysis from the United States Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from The University of New Mexico.
