Seth Morgan is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of MLA Companies, a strategic advisory firm specializing in financial system improvement, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic counsel, with tenure since January 2006. In addition to leading MLA, Seth Morgan serves as a Board Member for Sheffer Corporation and is a Founding Member of Alinea CPAs, a full-service CPA firm, as well as Managing Member and Managing General Partner for MLACapital and MLACapitalPartners, respectively. Previous experience includes serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Alliance Defending Freedom, a City Council Member for the City of Huber Heights, and a Central Committee Member for the Montgomery County Ohio Republican Party. Seth Morgan's background in accounting is further highlighted by membership in Morgan Troutwine and Associates CPAs LLC and co-hosting a radio program on 55 KRC. Educational accomplishments include an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's degree in Management/Accounting from Park University.
