Dalibor Samek is a seasoned professional in the field of recruitment and information technology, currently serving as a Consultant at ML since September 2022. Dalibor has extensive experience as a Senior Information Technology Recruitment Consultant at IDEKON s.r.o. since December 2019, where responsibilities include assisting Swiss and US-based companies in global IT talent acquisition, conducting screenings and interviews, building a database of IT professionals, negotiating conditions, and supporting onboarding processes.
