Joy Ryan Tascar is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, coaching, and community service. Currently serving as an Assessor at MKThink since April 2022, Joy conducts condition assessments on schools in Hawaii, focusing on maintenance and safety using the Hawai‘i Facilities Inspection Tool. Joy is also a Certified Life Coach at Sacred Intimacy Now, empowering individuals in work and relationships through self-discovery. Previous roles include Kitchen Manager at Lolia Ecovillage, collaborating kitchen staff at Breitenbush Hot Springs, and volunteer work as a Karma Yogi at Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm. As a former Disaster Recovery Project Manager for All Hands and Hearts, Joy managed community recovery efforts in Texas. Joy's foundational expertise was developed through experience as a Principal Consultant at Construction Docs LLC and a Construction Project Manager at F.H. Paschen, following a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kent State University.
