Thamarai Selvan has had a progressive work experience in the software engineering field. Thamarai began working as an Associate Software Engineer at 360i infotech in March 2017 and continued in this role until October 2018. In October 2018, Thamarai joined India Health Link as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked until January 2022. Currently, Thamarai is employed as a Senior Software Engineer at MKS Vision Group, starting in January 2022.

Thamarai Selvan completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from K.S.R Institute of Engineering and Technology, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Thamarai Selvan obtained several certifications in Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS from various institutions such as HackerRank and TestDome.
