Ravi Dhareshwar has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and digital transformation.

Their most recent position was as the Executive Director of Digital Transformation at MKS Vision Group, which began in 2022.

Prior to this, Ravi worked as the Director of Information Technology at RUDD Equipment from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, focusing on digital transformation and cloud-based solutions for the construction business.

From 2017 to 2021, Ravi held various roles at GE Appliances, a Haier company. Ravi served as a Senior IT Manager in both the Consumer and Customer Operations and Supply Chain Quality departments. In these positions, they collaborated with stakeholders to identify technology programs and reduce the Cost of Quality for the organization.

Before GE Appliances, Ravi worked as the Sr. Director of IT at Valiant Management and Holdings in 2016-2017. Ravi supported strategic business initiatives and implemented secure information technology environments.

From 2015 to 2016, Ravi served as the IT Manager at voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation, where they defined system policies and provided strategic leadership in IT.

In 2013-2014, Ravi was the Vice President of Information Technology at Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation. Ravi collaborated with senior management to align technology requirements with business objectives.

Earlier in their career, Ravi held the position of IT Director at Grindmaster-Crathco from 2004 to 2013. Ravi managed all corporate information and communication systems and led software development projects.

Ravi also worked at Baan (now owned by Infor) from 1989 to 2003. Ravi served as a Senior Development Manager and a Senior Software Engineer, leading global teams and contributing to all phases of software development.

At the start of their career, Ravi worked as a Software Engineer at International Data Management from 1987 to 1989, where they delivered GIS software applications and mentored a team.

Ravi Dhareshwar holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Sc. (Tech)) degree in Computer Technology from the University of Mumbai. Ravi also has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics and Mathematics from the same university. Additionally, Ravi has obtained several certifications, including the Salesforce Certified Associate certification from Salesforce, the Trailblazer "Double Star Ranger" certification from Trailhead by Salesforce, the Selling with Sales Cloud Specialist certification from Trailhead by Salesforce, the Trailblazer "Ranger" certification from Trailhead by Salesforce, and the Service Cloud Specialist certification from Trailhead by Salesforce.
