Sr. Manager, Global Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion at MKS Instruments

Kasey Catlett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at MKS Instruments, Kasey leads the development and execution of global DE&I strategies, analyzes metrics for specific insights, and facilitates workshops for over 10,000 employees globally. As an independent DE&I consultant since 2016, Kasey advises corporations and non-profits on strategic planning and policy reform. Previous roles include Director of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the College of the Holy Cross, where Kasey achieved significant increases in diverse hiring, and Assistant Director of Multicultural Affairs at the University of Texas at Arlington, where Kasey redesigned the LGBTQIA+ Ally program. Kasey holds a Master of Education in Adult and Higher Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics & Letters, both from the University of Oklahoma.
