Harry M. Ostrander, LEED AP, is a seasoned professional in global real estate management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Program Manager for Global Real Estate at MKS Instruments, Harry achieved significant cost savings and efficiency improvements through strategic lease negotiations. Previously, Harry was an Advisor and Investor at Launchpad Venture Group, focusing on early-stage investments in high-tech and life sciences. At Juniper Networks, Harry successfully raised funds for energy-efficient projects and developed a data dashboard that optimized a large real estate portfolio, resulting in substantial savings. Earlier roles included Project Coordinator at the Fraunhofer Center for Sustainable Energy Systems, where Harry secured significant donations and managed a LEED gold-certified project, and Vice President of Research at Sustainability Roundtable, Inc., where influential research on corporate real estate sustainability was produced.
