Georgina Dellar-Gardiner has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Director of People & Culture at mkodo since November 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of HR Manager at mkodo starting in June 2021. Before joining mkodo, Georgina worked at Formula 1 as an HR Business Partner from April 2018 to May 2021, and as an HR Advisor from June 2017 to April 2018. Georgina also gained valuable experience at Bank ABC (Arab Banking Corporation B.S.C) as a Senior Human Resources Officer from January 2017 to May 2017, and as an HR Officer from November 2015 to December 2016. Georgina's earlier career included positions at SAUL Trustee Company, where they worked as a Senior HR Advisor from August 2014 to November 2015, as an HR Advisor from March 2013 to August 2014, as an HR Administrator from September 2011 to March 2013, and as a Pensions Administrator from May 2008 to September 2011.

Georgina Dellar-Gardiner earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration with CIPD from MOL University between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Palmers College from 2006 to 2008 where they focused on Communication Studies. Georgina'seducation history began at The Chafford School from 2001 to 2006.
