Vince Bailey has a diverse work experience in construction and project management. Vince started their career at MKB Construction, Inc. in 2001 as a Project Director, where they worked until 2007. Vince then joined San Juan Insulation and Drywall as a Commercial Operations Officer from 2007 to 2010. In 2012, they moved to E&K of Phoenix and served as a Senior Estimator until 2014. Since 2016, Vince has been working at MKB Construction, Inc. again, this time as an Estimator/Project Manager.

Vince Bailey pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing the program from 1992 to 1994.
