Ryan Grigg is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in claims management and operational leadership. Currently serving as General Manager for Direct & Agency Distribution at Mk3 Pty Ltd since February 2024, Ryan has previously held significant roles at Hollard Insurance Australia, including Head of Broker Operations and Head of Broker Claims. Additionally, Ryan served as Head of Claims at Hollard Commercial Insurance Pty Ltd, managing commercial insurance divisions. With prior experience as Claims Manager at Calibre Insurance and Senior Technical Specialist at Calliden Insurance, Ryan has a solid background in managing complex claims and team leadership.
