With extensive experience in the construction industry, Carl previously held the position of Director at Co-Ordinated Engineering & Management Ltd from August 2007 to August 2022, specializing in construction site engineering, management, and quality assurance. Carl's expertise includes roles as Senior Engineer and QA Manager at MJ Church Ltd, Project Engineer & Manager at Galliford Try Construction and Highway Barrier Solutions Limited, and Construction Manager on notable redevelopment projects. A BSc (Hons) in Building Engineering was obtained from Nottingham Trent University between 1997 and 2000.
