Mogens Laursen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in logistics and supply chain management. Mogens is currently working at M&J Recycling as the ERP Project & Business Intelligence Lead, where they are responsible for overseeing business processes, analysis, and optimization. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Global Logistics at M&J Recycling.

Before joining M&J Recycling, Mogens worked at Dynaudio A/S as the Director Global Logistics and Planning, where they held the position from 2018 to 2020. During this time, they focused on logistics and planning strategies.

From 2015 to 2017, Mogens was the Director of Supply Chain at MUSIC Tribe, managing global supply chain and warehousing operations. Mogens reported directly to the CEO and oversaw the end-to-end activities of forecasting, demand planning, and order fulfillment.

Prior to that, Mogens held the role of Logistic Manager at TC Electronic from 2010 to 2015. Mogens also served as the Group Functional Manager for Freight & Warehousing systems in TC Group, aligning supply chain processes and managing global freight agreements.

Earlier in their career, Mogens worked as the Supply Chain Manager at Valor and as the Logistic Manager at Active Tools A/S, where they focused on delivering products to the automotive industry.
