Allison Graziani is a seasoned professional in the insurance and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as a Client Executive at MJ Insurance's Sorority Division since October 2014. Key accomplishments include founding the "Real Talk" podcast and the ā€œMJ Connectā€ mentorship program, alongside managing six national sorority client accounts and advocating for client experiences. Prior to this role, Allison gained valuable experience as a National Consultant for Chi Omega Fraternity, where extensive travel and training efforts were made to establish new chapters. Educationally, Allison holds an MBA from Purdue University and a BA in International and Area Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
