Robert Wix

Director Of Bottling Operations at Mizkan America

Robert Wix has extensive work experience in operations and production management roles. Robert began their career in 2002 as the Director of Operations at Wine Country Kitchens, where they also served as a Production Manager with a focus on food technology and product development. In 2010, they joined Valley Fine Foods as a Production Manager and remained there until 2016. From 2017 to 2018, Wix worked as a Production Manager at US Foods. In 2018, they joined Mizkan America as a Plant Manager and later assumed the role of Associate Director of Operations. In 2020, Wix transitioned to Mizkan as a Regional Plant Manager. Overall, Wix has a strong background in operations management within the food industry.

Robert Wix pursued their higher education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing. In 2004, they attended the International Baking Institute to further their knowledge in the field of Food Technology. Additionally, in 2007, Robert completed a certification program at the Canning and Retort Packaging School UC, focusing on the specialized area of certification.
