Mia Margita Neumann is a creative strategist currently at Vote.org, focusing on enhancing political engagement and voter turnout. Previous experience includes roles as creative director at SoapBox Productions and organizing, and creative designer at Democracy Works, contributing to civic technology initiatives aimed at making voting more accessible. Additional positions include design fellow at FWD.us, associate art director and brand ID designer at WhoWhatWhy, and documentary film grant recipient for The Talk: Sex Miseducation. Mia has also worked as a motion graphics designer at Turner Broadcasting System, a teaching assistant at Full Spectrum Features, a curatorial intern at Northwestern University's Mary and Leigh Block Museum, and a member of the Youth Leadership Board at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago. Mia holds a BFA in Documentary Filmmaking and Digital Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and has also studied at the Rhode Island School of Design.
