Jessica Vieira is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and recruitment. Currently serving as an Operations Specialist & Recruitment leader at MixMob since September 2021, Jessica is responsible for the oversight of daily business operations and heads the Recruitment & Engagement Department. Previous roles include Director of Operations & Recruitment at Home Instead from November 2018 to August 2021, where Jessica managed day-to-day operations with a focus on developing collaborative team environments. As Co-Founder and Business Director of WeeFeel from November 2012 to January 2018, Jessica created animation shows aimed at children's emotional development, successfully selling a series to Tricon Films in 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Equity Financial Trust Company, providing corporate and regulatory compliance services, and working as Director of Sales for Villa Delia Hotel and Executive Assistant to Umberto Menghi at Umberto Management.
