Nico Perez is the co-founder and CEO of Mixcloud. Prior to Mixcloud, they served as an advisor to the European Commission Vice President on the Digital Agenda for Europe. Nico has also been a mentor at various Founder Institute sessions around the world, including Singapore, Paris, Bogota, and Berlin.

Perez began their career as a turbine design intern at Rolls-Royce in 2002. Nico then went on to co-found Mixcloud in 2008. Under their leadership, Mixcloud has become one of the world’s leading audio streaming platforms.

Nico Perez attended the University of Cambridge, where they earned a Master of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended the European School of Brussels III, where they earned a Baccalaureat.
