Keith Purcell has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry.
Keith began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they provided real estate advisory services, including property appraisal, acquisition due diligence, and loan underwriting, for institutional investors and commercial lenders.
Keith then joined Fortress Investment Group as an Asset Manager, overseeing portfolios of office and warehouse properties in the US, Canada, and Belgium. Keith was responsible for underwriting analysis, cash flow projections, and managing a $4 billion portfolio of commercial real estate loans and securities.
Afterwards, they worked at GIC Real Estate, Inc. / Government of Singapore Investment Corporation as a Vice President, before transitioning to L&L Holding Company as Vice President of Asset Management. At L&L, they managed a 2 million square foot portfolio of office properties in Manhattan, overseeing property managers, leasing brokers, accountants, and construction specialists.
Currently, Keith is employed at Mitsui Fudosan America as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. Their responsibilities include overseeing asset management and leasing activities.
Throughout their career, Keith has demonstrated strong expertise in asset management, underwriting, and portfolio management within the real estate industry.
Keith Purcell's education history begins with their attendance at Christian Brothers Academy from 1985 to 1989, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Keith then went on to study at Loyola University Maryland from 1989 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Finance and Classical Civilization. Following this, Purcell pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Delaware from 1995 to 1997. In 2014, they furthered their education by completing the High Impact Leadership Training program at Columbia Business School.
