Katie Heinritz currently serves as the Head of Talent Management at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational design, succession planning, performance management, and optimizing HR processes. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Careers, Talent Planning & Performance Management at Arconic, where a comprehensive talent management strategy was formulated, and various positions at Alcoa focusing on talent acquisition and process improvement. Additionally, Katie was Vice President, Director of Global Campus Relations at BNY Mellon, leading early career recruitment efforts. Educational credentials include a BA from Duke University, executive education in HR strategy and a PHR certificate from Cornell University, and completion of the Executive Leadership Academy at Carnegie Mellon University.
