Jithin J has extensive experience in customer success data analysis and technical support within the software industry. Currently serving as the Lead - Customer Success Data Analysis and Process Insights at Mitsogo since April 2018, Jithin's role involves analyzing team data to identify insights for performance improvement and correcting code issues through detailed report evaluations. Additionally, Jithin possesses expertise in technical aspects of products, industry trends, and mentoring technical support teams, further demonstrated in previous roles as a Subject Matter Expert and Lead Technical Support Engineer at Mitsogo. Prior to this, Jithin worked as a Consultant at Sutherland and as a Python Developer at Trailblazer Software Solutions Ltd, following the completion of a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Kerala University.
