Naimish Ahir is an experienced Computer Numerical Control (CNC) programmer with a strong background in machining and production management. At Mitrex since March 2020, Naimish specializes in interpreting blueprints, designing programs, and optimizing machining processes. Prior to this role, Naimish worked at BOA Industries from October 2017 to March 2020 as a CNC machinist and programmer, ensuring product accuracy through precision measuring. Naimish's earlier experience includes serving as a production manager at Bondwell Ortho Products from March 2014 to December 2016, where responsibilities included analyzing technical documents and managing CNC operations. Naimish holds a Bachelor of Technology from Jodhpur National University and an Ontario Certificate Course in Mechanical Techniques from Seneca Polytechnic.
