Farid Mouhoub currently serves as Assistant Gérant at Renaissance Québec since October 2022 and has been a Superviseur Chaîne de Production at Mito since November 2019, overseeing pre-operational inspections, the control of received raw materials, adherence to manufacturing best practices, and hygiene regulations. Previously, Farid held the position of Responsable Contrôle Qualité at sarl conserverie souamaa from December 2002 to June 2018. Farid holds an Attestation d'études collégiale (AEC) in Transformation des aliments from Cégèp de Maisonneuve, obtained in 2019, and a Baccalauréat in Microbiologie from Université d'Annaba, earned in 1995.
