Noa Amit has worked for three organizations since 2012. Noa began their career at the Ministry of Defence as a Human Resources Coordinator in 2012. In 2014, they joined the Israel Defense Forces as a Relationship Manager and Staff Officer. In 2019, they moved to Mitiga where they have held the roles of Delivery Operations Lead and Operations Manager.

Noa Amit has a Bachelor's degree in Management and Human Resources from Bar-Ilan University, which they obtained between 2016 and 2018. Noa is currently pursuing an MBA from ThePower Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2023. This MBA program focuses on Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation, and Digital Transformation.
