Gustavo Villate serves as Ministro at MITIC Paraguay since August 2023. Prior to this role, Gustavo was the Socio Fundador and CEO of E-Services from May 2007 to August 2023. Gustavo also held the position of Vice Presidente at Cámara Paraguaya de Fintech from March 2019 to April 2023 and served as Presidente at Cámara Paraguaya de Contact Center & BPO from March 2020 to June 2022. Earlier in their career, Gustavo was Director de Tecnología at Bouncopy, Jefe de IT at Claro Paraguay, Sub Gerente de Desarrollo at Conexion Group, and Desarrollador at Infonet. Gustavo obtained a degree in Analista de Sistemas from Universidad Catolica - Paraguay.
