Sarah Taylor has over 30 years of experience in various HR roles. Sarah began their career at Hilti in 1988 before moving on to The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. At The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, they served as an HR Officer and managed the HR Services team. Sarah then joined HP CDS in 2000 as the TUPE Lead, EMEA, where they were responsible for leading the smooth transfer of employees in accordance with TUPE and acquiring rights legislation. In 2007, Sarah joined BlackBerry as the HR Business Partner, EMEA, where they provided strategic HR support and worked across various HR disciplines. Sarah was later promoted to the role of International Head of HR and Employee Relations, where they directed employee relations, compliance, and HR operational matters across multiple regions. In 2014, they joined Mitel as the Group HR Director International and was later promoted to the role of Vice President, Human Resources - International in 2020.
Sarah Taylor attended Langley Grammar School, although the specific dates are unknown. Following their time at Langley Grammar School, Sarah attended the University of West London from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a degree in HR, specifically an MCIPD.
