Rachel (Owens) Jugai has held various customer success and training roles throughout their career. Rachel started their work experience as a Student Tech and Repair at Point Loma Nazarene University in 2010 and later became a Helpdesk Manager, where they effectively coached a team of technicians and resolved a high volume of tickets per week. Rachel then worked at HealthLine Systems, Inc. as a Client Training Specialist, where they troubleshooted and resolved software issues and conducted training for end users. In 2014, they joined Ensighten as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for tracking and managing client deliverables and conducting initial account configuration. Rachel then moved on to Tealium in 2016, where they worked as a Customer Success Manager. Most recently, they joined Mitek Systems in 2018 and has held roles as a Senior Customer Success Manager and currently as the Head of North America Customer Success, where they oversee customer success operations in the region.
Rachel (Owens) Jugai attended Point Loma Nazarene University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
