Melanie Toth has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Melanie is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Mitchell Plastics since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Corporate Manager of Human Resources Operations at Stackpole International from 2017 to 2018. Melanie also has experience as the Owner of MTM Solar from 2014 to 2017, and as the Human Resources Manager at GEMCO Solar Inc. / Sunayr Inc. from 2011 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they served as the Human Resources Manager at DENSO Manufacturing Canada from 2006 to 2011, and at Piller's Fine Foods from 2000 to 2006.

Melanie Toth obtained their Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Humber College, which they pursued from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Carleton University from 1990 to 1995 and earned a BA in Political Science.
