Shannon K. Castillo is a seasoned real estate broker with extensive experience in sales and community development. Since January 2014, Shannon has worked at Mitch Cox Companies as an Affiliate Broker and Assistant to the founder, Mitch Cox, after achieving over 12 years of award-winning sales experience, including a role as Director of Redevelopment for the Washington County Economic Development Council from August 2012 to December 2013. As co-owner of Spark Plaza, the Tri-Cities' first co-working space, Shannon promotes productivity in a collaborative environment. Previous positions include Director of Marketing & Community Outreach at Milligan College and Executive Sales Representative at sanofi-aventis, showcasing a diverse background in marketing and sales alongside a strong educational foundation with a BS in Communications & Business from Milligan College.
