Emily Horrocks is a seasoned Senior Project Manager and Team Lead at MITC Software, specializing in complex ERP implementations for mid-large Health and Human Services agencies since August 2019. In this role, Emily guides the implementation process, identifies optimal technology solutions, and assesses project readiness. Previously, as a Project Manager, Emily defined project scopes, managed critical needs, and facilitated software enhancements through consultations. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Account Manager at Scope Group and as HR Manager at Manufacturing Techniques, Inc. and HR/Office Manager at Davis Defense Group. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from George Mason University.
