Hervé Grosfilley has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as the Managing Director at MITC Mobility SA, a role they have held since December 2020. Prior to that, they also served as the Managing Director at MITC, where they were responsible for payroll and external resourcing.

Hervé has also worked as an Executive Partner at AXEPTA SA, a Director at Patrimonio-Immobilier, and a Senior HR Business Partner at Talengis - InterSearch Switzerland. Hervé has held administrative and directorial roles at Cabinet Privé Immobilier and Serial SA, where they were a Senior Business Development Manager.

Earlier in their career, Hervé served as a Counselor and Deputy Mayor for Economy, Thermalism, Tourism, and Transport at Ville de Divonne-les-Bains. Hervé also worked as the Deputy General Manager at Expectra, a subsidiary of Adinfo, and as a Business Development Manager at IBM.

Hervé Grosfilley completed their engineering degree in Management Information Systems, General at the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble. Hervé also holds a master's degree in Economies et Finances from Sciences Po Grenoble.
