Mukesh Herman has extensive experience in customer service management and technical support across various industries. Currently serving as Customer Service Support Manager at Argus since December 2018, Mukesh is responsible for handling MP and CG services, training franchisees, and providing product training. Prior to this, Mukesh worked as Branch Service Manager at Mitashi, managing after-sales services for MP and CG. Mukesh also held the position of Branch Service Head at Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included guiding service centers to ensure efficient customer service and evaluating performance against SLA targets. At Videocon d2h, Mukesh served as Assistant Manager, overseeing service franchisees and training in the North-east Area. Earlier experience includes a role as Service Executive at Zicom Electronic Security Systems Limited, focusing on servicing franchises in MP and CG.
