Sven Blüge has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Sven started their career as a Freelance Software Engineer in 1999, where they actively applied new technologies and concepts. In 2006, they joined Synchronity GmbH as a Consultant and worked there until 2009. At Intershop Communications, Sven was a Senior Consultant from 2009 to 2014, responsible for consulting and research and development projects. Since 2015, they have been with Mister Spex, where they initially served as a Team Lead Software Engineering and is currently the Head of Technology Omnichannel.

Sven Blüge earned a Diplom-Informatiker degree in Informatik from Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained another Diplom degree from Technische Universität Ilmenau from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, Sven has certifications in Go Core and Python Core from Hyperskill, obtained in 2023, and is a Certified Professional for Software Architecture - Foundation Level (CPSA-F), obtained in 2018. Sven also holds the Sun Certified Programmer for the Java Platform, Standard Edition 6 certification, earned in 2009.
