DelVon Rouser, MBA, currently serves as a District Sales Leader at Frito-Lay since April 2022 and also works as a Baseball Umpire for the Missouri State High School Activities Association since August 2019. Prior experience includes the role of District Manager at ALDI USA from January 2021 to April 2022 and Fire Protection Consultant at Cintas from June 2017 to January 2021, where responsibilities involved selling and promoting products and services, generating new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction. DelVon began a career with a position as a Management Trainee at Lincoln University Career Development Center in early 2017, and earlier held the role of Driver Helper at UPS in late 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lincoln University (MO).
