Amanda Clark

Public Historian at Missouri Historical Society

Amanda Clark is a Public Historian at the Missouri Historical Society since January 2020, focusing on exhibit content, public speaking, writing, and research. As the Community Tours Manager, Amanda designs and manages experiential tours that connect participants to the region's history, overseeing a team of guides. Previously, Amanda founded Renegade Tours STL, a history and architecture tour company, and served as the Events and Programming Coordinator at The Novel Neighbor, where programming for community events was developed. Amanda has also held roles as Communications Coordinator and Proposal Coordinator at Mackey Mitchell Architects, and worked as a Project Assistant at PGAV Destinations. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in History/Architectural History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and studied at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
