Cheryl Robb-Welch has extensive experience in leadership roles within the non-profit sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and previously as Chief Operating Officer at the Missouri Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence since September 2002, contributing to the organization's growth and influence. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at Safe House of Southeast Missouri from 1998 to 2002, overseeing administration, financial systems, fundraising, and residential services for survivors of domestic violence. Additionally, Cheryl began their career as a Deputy Sheriff at the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department from 1990 to 1998, starting as a dispatcher and advancing to the patrol division after attending the law enforcement academy. Educational qualifications include an Executive Scholar Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in Criminal Justice from Truman State University.
