Jennifer Cowie Bonne serves as the Manager of Community & Neighbourhood Development for the City of Mississauga, leading a team focused on enhancing community engagement and well-being through various initiatives, including outdoor events and accessibility programs. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Chief Executive Officer at Active Healthy Kids Canada, where leadership was provided for influential reports and an international summit on children's physical activity. Jennifer's experience also includes a professorship at Sheridan College in the Exercise Science and Health Promotion program and a directorial role at Ophea, where strategic partnerships were developed to promote healthy schools and communities across Ontario, achieving significant revenue growth.
